| You may be trying to access the DEMO mode casino with a REAL mode
username and password or vice-versa. Please contact Golden Palace Casino's 24/7 Customer Service Department

| What do I do if I can't find the install file
on my desktop? |
• Click 'Start' at the bottom left of your screen

Select 'Find' then click 'Files or Folders...'
• Type 'SetupCasino.exe' in the space provided,
then select 'My Computer' from the drop-down menu in the 'Look In' field
• Click 'Find Now'
If the search is successful, the install file will be displayed in the search window.
Double-click the file to install the software. After you have installed the software, you can play the
games by selecting 'Golden Palace.com' in your 'Programs' menu.

| How is the outcome of the games being generated? |
| Golden Palace uses a very sophisticated Random Number Generator
(RNG) to create a randomized outcome for each game. The odds for both real money and fun modes games are
created with this random number generator. In all card-based games, like Blackjack and Baccarat, the decks
of cards are shuffled prior to each hand being dealt. |
| How do I chat with other players? |
| All you need to do is click on the 'Chat' button in Multi-player
and Private-group tables then type whatever you want to say to the other players. To send the text, click
on the 'Chat' button again, or press ENTER. |
| What is a Multi player or Private group table? |
| To play with other players all you need to do is join a multiplayer
table. The system automatically assigns you to a table where there is an empty seat. A Private-Group table
is where you can play alone with your friends without being interrupted by other players. In order to
join a Private-Group table you have to type-in the name of the table you wish to join. If the table has
been created by your friends, you will join this table, if not - than a table will be created for you
(then you can tell your friends to join you.). |
| What happens if I am suddenly disconnected
from the Internet while I play? |
Losing your Internet connection does not pose a problem when you
play at Golden Palace.com. They have developed a sophisticated system which protects the player in when
this happens. If you get disconnected (for whatever reason) in the middle of a game, there's no need to
worry. While playing Blackjack, Craps or Video Poker you will automatically be returned to the EXACT state
were the game was interrupted. This allows you to continue exactly from where you left off, and you will
continue playing and making game decisions as if nothing happened.
In games like Slots and Roulette, where the player does not make decisions in the game after the round
had been started, you can just log-in to the casino again and see how the game had finished by clicking
on the 'Game history' button.

| What do I do if after placing a bet I suddenly
change my mind? |
| In games like Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat click on
the chips that you wish to remove with your right mouse button. In Roulette you can also click on the
'Clear Bet' button to remove your entire bets from the table. In Slots and Video poker, press the 'Cash
out' button to remove your coins from the machine back to your balance. If other coins remain in the machine,
don't worry, they will automatically return to your balance once you exit the game. |
